Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected oils and vitamin products including Mustard Oil, Sunflower Oil, Hair Oil, Body Oil, and Vitamins.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Damaged, leaking, or broken product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Expired or near-expiry product
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original mode of payment.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition.
  • Items showing opened seals, leakage, or signs of usage will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products should be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
  • Customized, blended, or mixed oils are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Minor variations in color, consistency, or smell due to natural ingredients are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
